As a Palestinian woman holding the grief of genocide and the occupation of the land, I needed a way to stay alive inside. To keep my inner fire lit. To hold joy and prayer and sorrow all at once without breaking. Making these candles became my salvation, a way to soften, to connect to my grief, to resource myself from within, and to keep the flame of hope burning even in the darkest moments. They were born alongside The Playful Shift, designed to sit on your altar and support your journey through the week of Fire.
That is what these candles carry. Not just wax and intention but a living prayer.

This candle was born from pain. As a Palestinian woman watching the genocide unfolding at home, I needed a way to keep my heart open, to forgive, and to understand. I created this candle as an act of compassion for those who seek gratification outside themselves, who despise feeling small, who choose destruction over tenderness. For the Trumps and the Bibis of this world. Love that small part of them. Love that small part of yourself.
This candle is also a beautiful invitation for men to sit with themselves, to create self-intimacy, and to reclaim their own softness and devotion.
